Will You Still Love Me....

....when I'm sixty-four...which will be in exactly 10 days.
Time goes by so quickly...and time... I was 22. It was 1967. They sang. I listened. Sixty-four seemed a long way off. I was 42. It was 1987. Little did I know that twenty two years would fly by and I would be singing solo at sixty-four. Regrets I've had a few.

Happy Birthday in 10 days! Where have you been? I became a follower and then you didn't post until today. I am just glad that you are back with a post.

Time really does fly way too fst as I have gotten older. I wish it would slow down!

Have a great week. Pam

Know what you mean about that Beatles song, LR. And to think Paul has already whizzed past the very year he was singing about! Mine'll be in November.

Happy birthday, in case you don't pop up again......

Happy Birthday. I question where does time go? Seems like yesterday I was 64. Now the number 70 seems so strange to me.
But I feel the same!!

Hello Lonely River
I am enjoying surfing your blog.
Another year has passed since this one was written so Happy Birthday on the 19th March Twenty Ten.

You write in a very original style. I love music and recognise all these songs that you use in the title field.

Here is a Paul Simon Song for you.
El Condor Pasa

"I'd rather be a sparrow than a snail.
Yes I would, If I could,
I surely would.
I'd rather be a hammer than a nail.
Yes I would. If I could,
I surely would.

Away, I'd rather sail away
Like a swan that's here and gone
A man grows older every day
It gives the world
Its saddest sound,
Its saddest sound.
I'd rather be a forest than a street.
Yes I would. If I could,
I surely would.
I'd rather feel the earth beneath my feet,
Yes I would. If I could,
I surely would.

Cheers
Peggy
